The content aligns with the national education and skills development policies of African governments, the African Union Vision 2063 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aims to contribute towards financial inclusion by mainstreaming financial education by sourcing and creating multi-lingual, multi-format financial education content for distribution and learning via multiple platforms.

- To download content from the OER platform, you must:
- Register by selecting the register button on the OM Learn.Think.Do. home page.
- Capture organisation name and a valid email address when prompted to do so.
- Old Mutual is the absolute owner of the OER platform and associated intellectual property provided on the OER platform including any content created on it (“OM IP”). You agree, when accessing the OER platform, not to sell, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer to a third party the OM IP in whole or in part, without Old Mutual’s prior consent.
- Old Mutual accepts no responsibility and you hereby indemnify Old Mutual from any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or any disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of participating with and using the OER platform.
- Old Mutual can terminate this OER platform with immediate effect and without notice. In such event, you waive any rights including the right to access the OER platform, which you may have against Old Mutual, and acknowledge that you will have no recourse to any claim of any sort against Old Mutual.
- Old Mutual reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions which it will publish at the time of amendment.
